Introduction


Work based learning refers to such kind learning which gather skill from work place by physical involvement. It is considered as key to success in present time. A beginner applies their knowledge and a skill outside the classroom and involves a range of activities and instructional strategies designed to assist students in developing or fulfilling their education plans and careers. Work based learning is annul-to-date way of creating university level learning in the work. Work based learning has a more significant effect on the development of the human resource competence and quality improvement of the organizational behavior than other types of training (Petrick and Furr, 1995).Work-based learning has the following advantages for both students and employers:  Enables the students to make a balance between demand and their time bound needs during their study and work. Learning is directly related to the student’s jobs. Work based learning  project  has  a  direct  relation  with  the activities  of  the  organization  and  employer.  Students’ learning can directly lead to the development of the organization.

British Airways is one of the renowned business organizations that is UK based and largest airline base on size of fleet. After the establishment of the British Airways in 1972 by the government of the UK it tried and now trying to give best services within the demand of the customers. Base on British Airways we will explain the information and evaluation of the business organization.
British Airways continue national and international flights and it head branch is situated on London. Base on the measuring the passenger it is second position on Britain. From 1972 to present time British Airways get good will and introduce new services for the passengers of the different countries. Until 2008, the largest airline that is British Airways base on fleet by passenger numbers as well. The airline carried 34.6 million passengers in 2008 that is considered as the great amount at that time. It publishes its annual report in everywhere where it show its all cost and profits.
The work environment is one of the great factors that significantly influences employees feel about work. It means everything that forms a portion of employees’ envelopment with the work itself, such as the relationship with co-workers and supervisors, organizational culture, room for personal development, etc. These all criteria are available in the British Airways and for what as a member of this organization I try my best to give the best services to the company. Transparent & Open Communication, Work life Balance, Training & Development & Focused, Acknowledgment for hard work and Strong Team Spirit are the 5 characteristics of a positive work Environment of the British Airways. British Airways is made up of different departments that work with the help of other department.  Each department contributes to the running of the business. The most communal departments are: flying, Marketing & customers, Finance, Human resource and Information Technology departments. British Airways try to finish its all activities with care and full of concentration.
In British Airways a significant concern in behavioral analysis in accounting has been the result of expertise on judgment and decision-making. I expect that British airways create the safest place for the workers whose work hard for the British airways. For example British Airways expertise is anticipated to guide to bigger effectiveness and potency as auditors develop a knowledge-base of the distinctive risks and audit approaches for a selected business (ResearchGate, 2014). Skills to manage the business organization I want to acquire by working with British airways.
Business organization like British Airways has different areas to do better of their business and I mostly prefer IT sector because by the development of the IT sector business of British Airways may reach its goals and objectives.

This is an academic supervisor of our business organization. I have a great job experience and want to propose a workplace where British airways can work more swiftly and can lead the organization to the objectives.
The study of the topic is called negotiation theory and the two or three years degree is important but if the training and experience can add with the academic degree we can easily cooperate with any change situation.
Many people who did not finish academic degree but they can get success and it is told that experience and training can create new workplace and can manage the employees of the company. In these areas different types of Negotiations that is also needed. Commercial Negotiations: Such kinds of negotiations are conducted with external parties. The driving forces behind such negotiations are usually financial gains. They are created on a give-and-take relationship. Legal Negotiations: These negotiations are usually official and lawfully binding. Disputes over precedents can become as significant as the main issue. They are also contractual in nature and relate to acquisition legal ground.
Further we can say that experience for the business workplace is not only important but also urgent for the success in any business like for the British Airways it also applicable. A college degree that gets from college or university is helpful for understanding business theories, but the practical realities of working in a specific profession need to be learned on the job. So it organization should introduce experience people in workplaces (Petrick and Furr,  1995).

Workplace health and safety is very important for the success of the company like for the British Airways. Everybody can benefit from having good problem solving skills as we all meeting problems on a daily basis; some of these problems are clearly more severe or multipart than others. Safety in the workplace is very important, so here are some safety precautions to take like as Fire safety, Electrical safety, Manual handling, Noise, Working with machinery and equipment, dealing with hazardous chemicals and etc.  Health safety have different rules base on the organization that can help the employees to motivate to give their best services to the company that is the ultimate goal of the business organization.

Every business has ethics that determine the behavior of the company to the customers and employees whose are connected with business organization. In the office ethics can care about teamwork, so there is interest, and of course there is a lot of hunger for solutions (Harvard Business Review, 2014).
Culture indicates the full picture of the business organization and its activities. Employee training programs approve that all workers have the skills, knowledge and experience to achieve job tasks safely. These programs permit employees to gain awareness about company policies and procedures, improve expert skills and adhere to local, state and federal regulations. Customer satisfaction means the enlarging to which customers are happy with the products and services provided by a business. Customer satisfaction levels can be measured using survey techniques and questionnaires. Acquisition high levels of customer satisfaction is very vital to a business because satisfied customers are most likely to be loyal and to make repeat orders and to use a wide range of services offered by a business. These all activities and others are included on the culture of the business organization.

Clear and tidy workplace also needed for the workers and it also considered as a rules for the different companies to make more flexible for the working speed of the people whose work at that place. Another suggestion is employees of the business organization must be Keep Calm and Carry On his or her duties (Rabindra, 2014).
Hire a lot of new people, willy-nilly, without proper vetting is also a suggestion for the company to improve the customer services that is needed for the further development. Employees must use the word thank you to the customers and it may positive impact on the business.

Conclusions

The  object  of  workplace  learning  is  the  „expansion  of  labor  power‟  thereby facilitating  the  development  of  useful  knowledge .  During this process contradictions and conflicts may arise, however the thrust of WBL research   is to domesticate these.  Perhaps what we need is an expansive notion of WBL, one that locates this within a political economy of waged labor.
